Fur & Far may provide a digital Pet Passport or pet-profile functionality allowing customers to store information relating to their pets, travel preferences, photographs, products and other information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Fur & Far Pet Passport is a convenience and lifestyle feature only.

  • an official government-issued passport;

  • an animal identification document;

  • a vaccination certificate;

  • an import or export permit;

  • an airline travel document; or

  • a substitute for documentation required by governments, airlines, accommodation providers, transport operators or regulatory authorities.

Customers remain responsible for determining and complying with any pet travel, vaccination, quarantine, microchip, transport, airline, accommodation or entry requirements applicable to their circumstances.

9. Product Try-On and Digital Visualisation

Where Fur & Far provides virtual product try-on, image overlays, artificial intelligence-assisted visualisation or similar features, these tools are provided for illustrative purposes.

Digital representations may differ from the actual size, placement, fit, colour, proportion or appearance of a physical product.

Customers should refer to the applicable product measurements, sizing guides and specifications before purchasing.

A virtual representation does not guarantee that a product will fit or be suitable for a particular animal.
